Congratulations to Noreen Biehl as she was honored last evening as the “Citizen of the Year” at the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce - Annual Awards Gala 2022 and celebrated her achievements that she has accomplished with her family, work at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, Rotary Club of Dover, and the Dover community.
The Annual Awards Dinner recognizes recipients of Business of the Year, Nonprofit of the Year, Citizen of the Year, Community Arts Champion, Educator of the Year.
