Rotarian Tom Dunnington Reads Declaration of Independence

Dover celebrated the Fourth of July with an annual reading of the Declaration of Independence.  Mike Pomp (Thomas Jefferson), Rotarian Thomas C Dunnington Jr (Benjamin Franklin) and Don Briand (John Adams) read the Declaration of Independence on the steps of City Hall, Dover, New Hampshire.
