Rotary Club of Dover Readies Downtown Gardens for Summer

The sun came out all day so that our Rotary Club of Dover and our families could make the Rotary Gardens in downtown Dover look beautiful. Many of our Rotarians spent time over the past couple of weekends prepping the gardens and yesterday were able to plant and mulch the gardens so that our community can enjoy.
